Born 05.04.1955 year in Vinnitsa region, Ukraine.
In 1978 - graduated Vinnitsa State Pedagogical Institute of. M. Ostrovsky as teacher of physical education;
In 1998 - graduated Ternopol Academy of National Economy, with a specialization in economic.
From 1985 to the present time is chairman of Vinnytsia Regional Council of sports organization «Kolos». From 1994 to 1997 was President of the Joint-stock company "FC" Nyva ".
Since 1997, working in supervising posts in local governments and the executive structures of the power: 1997-Deputy Chairman of the Vinnitsa Regional Council, 1998 - Deputy Chairman of the Vinnitsa Regional State Administration - Chief of the secretariat, 1999 - Deputy Chief Executive Staff Regional Council, from 2001 to 2005- Deputy Chairman Vinnitsa regional state administration of political and legal issues.
Since October 2005 - people's deputy of IV convocation, a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government.
Since October 2006 he was elected as president of «Ukrmostobud».
Social activities.
Since 2000 heads the Vinnitsa regional non-government organization «Ukraine - Poland», which introduced such a method of working with foreign partners, as the exchange of cultural and socio - economic experience.
In 2007, having as an aiming - the building of civil society, established and headed by the international organization «Ukraine - Poland - Germany» (www.ukrpolgerm.com), which aims to actively promote the development and strengthening of friendship and close cooperation of the people of Ukraine, Poland, Germany satisfaction and protection of legitimate social, economic, creative, age, national-cultural, sporting and other interests of society.

Married, has one daughter and son, two grandchildren.
